The wine is obtained from grapes from the best vineyards of Pirovano, the selection of which takes place according to precise rules and is the result of the careful work of the cellar master. The basic wine with the addition of selected yeast and sugar is passed in an autoclave at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, stabilization and filtration processes follow. The obtained wine is bottled with modern technologies. The wine is perfect as an aperitif with any meal.
