EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY | ||
1. | Period: From June 1st, 2023 until further notice. | |
2. | Subjects of application: All Classic Fine Wine (CFW) customers | |
3. | Content of exchange & return policy: | |
Customers check the status of goods and can exchange/return goods right at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases: | ||
- The products are not the correct type or model in the order placed or as on the website at the time of order. - Not enough quantity, not enough sets as in the order. - External conditions are affected such as packaging tearing, peeling, broken tanks ... |

Customers are responsible for providing relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the exchange/return of products. | ||
Because the product needs to be preserved in accordance with standards to ensure quality, Classic Fine Wine does not accept product exchanges or returns after you have signed for the order. | ||
4. | Time to make a return for customers: | |
CFW shall return goods to the Customer within the following time: | ||
- Within HCM City: Goods are exchanged for customers within 3-4 days | ||
- Outside the scope of HCM City : Goods are exchanged for customers within 4-5 days | ||
(The number of exchange days excludes Sundays and public holidays) | ||
In case the Customer has made a pre-payment of the order and does not want to exchange the product, CFW will refund the amount according to the value of the goods that the Customer has ordered. The time to refund money to customers is: 02 days from the time the customer confirms the return. | ||
The policy is effective from the date of issuance and expires until a replacement policy is issued. |
