VNPAY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers use cards/bank accounts, QR Pay/VNPAY-QR features integrated on Mobile Banking applications of banks or associated e-wallets to pay for transactions and enter discount codes (if any)

Payment methods via VNPAY

1. Payment method via "Payment application supporting VNPAY-QR"

Step 1: You choose products and services and choose Pay Now or Order
At the checkout page, please check the ordered product, fill in the consignee's information, select VNPAY payment method and press the "Order Now" button. 

Step 2: The payment screen switches to VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the method "Payment application supports VNPAY-QR"

Step 3: The system displays the QR code along with the amount to be paid, you check this amount. Using the banking app (according to the list), select "Scan Code" and proceed to scan the QR code on the website payment screen

*Note: QR codes are valid for 15 minutes
For the payment process to be successful, please refer to the conditions and scan the code on your phone in advance to be ready, avoiding timeout issues affecting your payment and promotional code.

Step 4: Check the information, enter the discount code (if any) and complete the payment
When the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation of the successful order at the website

2. Payment methods via "Domestic cards and bank accounts"

Step 1: You choose products and services and choose Pay Now or Order
At the checkout page, please check the ordered product, fill in the consignee's information, select VNPAY payment method and press the "Order Now" button.

Step 2: The payment screen switches to VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the "Domestic cards and bank accounts" method and select the bank that wants to pay the card from the list 

Step 3: Please enter the required card/account details and select "Continue". OTP code will be sent to registered phone, enter OTP code to complete the transaction

*Note: Trade expires after 15 minutes

 Step 4: When the payment is completed, you will receive a notification confirming the successful order at the website

3. Payment method via "International payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)"
