SHOWROOM CHANNEL MEMBERSHIP POLICY

  1. Purpose:

- Customer’s satisfaction is the mission of Classic Fine Wine. Membership policy is created with purpose of satisfying our customers, as well as bringing you the privileges as being our member.

  1. Subjects of application:

- This policy is applicable to customers who both buy products directly at Classic Fine Wine showroom and order online.

  1. Applied Period: From December 25th, 2023 until further notice.

* Offer: discounting on the public price of each SKUs and applying a discount directly to customers from the first order.

** Free shipping is applied according to Classic Fine Wine's delivery policy.

  1. Downgrade and restoration regulations:

- When the customer does not make a purchase within 1 year, the card class will be downgraded to the adjacent level (calculated from the time the last transaction occurred).

- Accumulated sales of customers on the system will remain the same, but benefits and incentives will be according to the card class after downgrading.

  1. Terms of use of membership card:

- In order to ensure quick service and contribute to environmental protection, Classic Fine Wine does not provide plastic membership cards. Member Accounts are managed and updated according to registered full name and phone number (each customer only registers and earns points for 1 unique phone number)

- Accumulated sales of customers (corresponding to the purchase value) will be maintained and upgraded to the card.

- The system will automatically upgrade the card when customers accumulate enough sales according to membership levels. Do not convert accumulated sales into cash.

7. Process of creating membership cards for customers:

- Step 1: Ask for customer information.

  • Required: name, phone number.
  • Optional: address, email, DOB.

- Step 2: Enter information to create a member card on the system.

- Step 3: Accumulate customer sales at the first purchase after having customer code on the system.

The Policy is effective during the Applicable Period as in section 3, and is subject to change without notice.
