- For bank transfer, please transfer the order value to classicfinewine.vn in advance. Accounts that use SMS Banking will receive information immediately. - Responsibility of the shipper (providing Logistics services): be responsible for the delivery time, the condition of products guaranteed when reaching customers. In case of a problem due to the fault of the shipper, it is fully responsible and compensated according to the product value. classicfinewine.vn will not be responsible for the subjective error of the shipper, in case of force majeure, we will support 50% of the loss. - In case of delay in delivery, classicfinewine.vn will promptly contact, inform the customer and create an opportunity for the customer to cancel the contract if desired. - For alcohol products, classicfinewine.vn will check the age of the consignee in case of doubt about their age. We ensure that the consignee must be at least 18 years old at the time of delivery, we will ask the shipper to take photos of the ID of the consignee when delivering the alcoholic products. |
