Pink Flamingo Sparkling Wine Brut is a special product of Domaine Royal de Jarras, located in the Camargue region in the south of France. This region is famous for the presence of many species of flamingo. With the aim to honor this iconic bird, the wines of Domaine Royal de Jarras are named "Pink Flamingo".

This Sparkling Wine is developed using the traditional method, just like in Champagne. 100% Chardonnay blend from our Domaines du Littoral Méditerranéen. The Chardonnay, a synonym of freshness and elegance, is enhanced by the elegance of the terroir and the finesse of the bubbles of the ‘méthode traditionnelle’. Pink Flamingo is a pleasurable wine to accompany you throughout your festive moments.
Tasting:

- On the eye: Brilliant golden yellow colour, revealing a train of fine and delicate bubbles.

- On the nose: The wine opens with a nice bouquet of fruity aromas, reminiscent of peach and pear, all supported by roasted and hazelnut notes. In the finale, the bouquet unfolds with lemony notes which are typical for Chardonnay as well as a nice freshness.

- On the palate: It is modern and elegant, and is merely a prolongation of the olfactory sensations: a fruity and
round palate full of delicacy finishing with a saline finale as a humble reflection of the Mediterranean terroir.
