- Appearance: Straw-yellow colour, intense, bright and perfectly transparent, delicately tinted with a hint of bronze. Beautiful and nicely persistent foam
- Nose: Fine, complex and delicate, the nose has generous aromas of fruits, especially the white peach, the quince and currants, also with a very fine nuance of white flowers
- Palate: The start is full of delicacy and freshness with citrus fruits and pink grapefruit notes. The mouth has a delicious finale, long and persistent, with pastry aromas reminding of such specific taste as « crème caramel »
