Casa Coller Rosé Brut is a sparkling wine line fermented from three grapes: Trebbiano, Pinot Nero and Garganega. These grapes are harvested by hand, then aged with their skins and subjected to a double fermentation process: the first at controlled temperatures, the second according to the Charmat method*. Wine is excellent as an aperitif with tapas, sushi or raw fish in general.
With a glass of Casa Coller Rosé Brut in hand, every party becomes more enjoyable!
*Charmat is a method of creating bubbles in sparkling wine making since the early 20th century, by saturating carbon dioxide gas in large steel tanks. This method will preserve the freshness and fruit flavors in the wine.
