Fermented from ripe Glera grapes from selected vineyards in Northern Italy, Prosecco DOCG Extra Dry fully conveys the vibrancy of Vento region and the joyful spirit of the Italian. The wine has two fermentations, with the second fermentation carried out using the Charmat* method. Therefore, Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene has a lively character and is perfect when enjoyed at a temperature of 6° - 8° C. Its smooth taste and delicate aroma make this sparkling wine an ideal aperitif, creating excitement and bringing a little "spice" to your relaxing moments. Wine is perfect as an aperitif with seafood.

*Charmat is a method of creating bubbles in sparkling wine making since the early 20th century, by saturating carbon dioxide gas in large steel tanks. This method will preserve the freshness and fruit flavors in the wine.
